Willis & Conroe
- Foster Creek Ranch begins construction on 1,500 acres with 600 spacious home lots, forest trails, and environmental buffers
- New Fire Station No. 8 in Conroe—a $4.7 million, three-bay, six-dorm facility—now under development after overcoming budget hurdles
- Smalls Sliders, the Drew Brees-backed burger slider chain, will land its first Conroe locale at a signature “Can drop” event on July 21
- Willis/Conroe welcomes nine new commercial projects: Chuy’s, PetSmart, AutoZone, La Dolce Nail Spa, Public Storage, Kelsey‑Seybold, among others
Montgomery County – Retail & Lifestyle
- A flagship H‑E‑B grocery store—a $30 million investment—is planned at FM 2854 & Hwy 105 W, opening in late summer 2026
- Lumos entertainment center (VR bowling, laser-tag, axe-throwing) is on track for Spring 2025 in East Montgomery
- CarMax’s state-of-the-art reconditioning and auction center in Conroe will launch in early 2026
- Le Creuset is bringing its premium cookware boutique to FM 1488 & I‑45 in early 2025.
- A 200,000 sq ft convention center is planned, poised to serve as a new hub for events starting construction in 2025.

Spring & Porter
- PickleBall Zone, a 10‑court indoor facility in Porter, has opened and will soon add a sports bar and golf simulators .
- Elite Pickleball is building a 40,000 sq ft training-focused complex with 15 courts and smoothie bar in The Woodlands (FM 1488), opening Fall 2025 .

The Woodlands & Tomball
- The Woodlands Township is enhancing public safety with a new Everbridge emergency alert system and installing cell towers for improved communication
- Historic Main Street Crossing in Tomball continues growing as a beloved live music and community venue.
