Cypress, Katy, Spring, and Porter are all growing rapidly thanks to construction on 99.
Highway 99 has changed the way Houston residents get around. The tollway is one of the largest loops around a city. Even though it is not fully built, the commercial and residential construction on 99 is at an all time high. With a new state of the art cinema coming in at 99 and Birnham Woods Elementary, Grand Oaks HS, and more business like Lifetime Fitness, Spring TX is really seeing the benefits of the growth. More restaurants, entertainment options, and homes are being built. Residents in Klein and Cypress really enjoy the faster commute to Houston and lack of traffic. Katy and Sugar Land are also benefiting with the additional route. While nobody is happy with the heavy toll costs, residents sure seem to be paying for it. Some of the fastest growing towns in Texas are the Woodlands, Spring, and Katy. It is my opinion that this highway has a lot to do with it. Check out this video of construction on the Grand Parkway.
Construction sites along 99 are prime targets for thieves.
As a company that focuses on theft and vandalism prevention, we have to think like a thief often. As you drive along 99, take a look at the construction sites. There are so many new retail outlets coming along this Corridor that are prime targets for thieves. With quick access to and wide open highway such as 99 and the grand parkway, thieves can easily intrude upon personal property, grab what they want, and takeoff. Do not be the construction site that does not have construction site cameras and security cameras. The thieves will pick a different site and different equipment if yours is protected by Birdseye Surveillance. It is a minimal cost to protect your heavy machinery equipment and keep an eye on your construction site.
Prevent construction equipment theft.
We often don’t take action until something bad happens to us. Many of us believe that it is not our construction site that will be stolen from or our business that will be vandalized. But after it happens, we always hope that we had the correct measures in place to prevent theft and vandalism. It is a very inexpensive measure to prevent construction equipment theft. These thieves do this as their career. It doesn’t matter the size of the equipment, they will do what it takes to try to steal. I have seen $60,000 or more pieces of equipment driven off of construction site properties. I have seen hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of vehicles vandalized or stolen. We have a variety of cameras and solutions to protect all construction equipment. Our solar powered mobile surveillance unit include lights, sirens, two way communication, and 360° of recording with high tech, infrared cameras. The cost for the state of the art technology is low. When cameras and lights ate in place the chance of theft decreases dramatically and the likelihood of catching a criminal increases dramatically. Call us today to reserve your construction site camera tower and protect your equipment and employees.
